Sorry for the slightly unrelated picture I thought it was cool. Anywho! I wanted to help some people today so here’s my help:
When you breathe you only get about 26% oxygen.
What does that mean for you? Well, when we breathe we don’t even use all that oxygen. We use about 10% leaving us with breathing out 16% oxygen. This is where what you breathe with comes into play. If you breathe from your mouth you’re not going to get all the oxygen you need to your lungs.
Breathing from your nose goes straight to your lungs. Meaning you’re more likely to fully use the 10% of the oxygen you need and putting it into your bloodstream.
